The Ultimate Hash

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Fat free or low fat refried beans, 1 egg, 2 tbsp light sour cream, 1 tbsp black olives, salsa, scallions, 2 tbps Trader Joe’s corn salsa

Directions:

Heat beans and corn salsa in skillet and make a well in the center. After a few minutes crack the egg in the well and cook. Move to a plate and top with toppings! Make sure you have 2 scoops collagen peptides or 1/2 cup egg whites with this to hit your protein count!
