Tater Bowl

Ingredients:
3 oz taco meat
1/4 cup rice
Fresh pico
Guacamole (using 1/2 avocado)
9 tater tots
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp sriracha aioli (Reasors)
Directions:
I air fry my tots at 400 degrees for 10 min and they’re perfect! Once everything is cooked and prepped, you just toss it all into a bowl!
Macros using the ingredients and measurements listed above: 44c/40f/24p
*You can tweak this recipe however you want, adding or omitting things as you please. However I will say that if you make it exactly as it is listed above, you may need a clean pair of undies. It is THAT GOOD. And depending on how many macros you have left for the day, you can make a larger serving!
