Sarah’s Turkey Soup

Ingredients:

56 ounces Turkey Bone Broth

14 oz potatoes

7.6 oz carrots

4.8 oz celery

4.0 oz onion

55 grams flour

4 tablespoons butter unsalted

20 oz roasted turkey skinless

Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in the pot and toss the turkey or chicken. Add flour to pot and evenly coat. Slowly add broth (the flour will thicken up the soup) Saute Veggies in another 2 Tablespoons of butter in another pot. Add all together with cooked potatoes in one pot and let simmer.
