Ingredients:
5 Habaneros (seeded!)
3/4 cup Vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp grated fresh turmeric
2 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
Directions:
Boil carrots until soft. Strain and blend with the rest of the ingredients. You will literally put this sauce on EVERYTHING! You also get the benefits of the turmeric, which can only be absorbed by your body with a heat source(i.e. habaneros.)
To assemble over nachos: Serve this Habanero salsa atop some Beanitos, ground turkey/chicken meat, some low-fat cheese, and more salsa!
