Turkey sausage (you may cook sausage fresh, and use 1.5 ounces or you may buy the precooked links and use 2 of them)
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg OR 3 egg whites and 1/2 ounce of any cheese you like
2 Ezekiel tortillas(for gluten free) OR 1 medium flour tortilla OR 2-3 corn tortillas
Optional add-ins: peppers, onions, black beans, cilantro, scallions, salsa, small amount of light sour cream, fat free fage to make creamy, hot sauce.
