Natalie’s Chicken Taco Meat

Ingredients:

Six chicken breasts

1 jar of salsa (I use gv corn and bean salsa)

1 pack of taco seasoning

Directions:

Cook in the crockpot for 3 1/2 hrs on high or 7 on low. Then shred and you are good to go! Serve with rice, potatoes, or pasta and then your veggies!
