Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 bunch of green onions
1 bell pepper
1 box low carb shells or gluten free
? Oz Shredded Colby jack (up to your fat intake)
Directions:
Cook pasta, brown meat, stuff shell with meat, wrap with second noodle, spray with evoo, air fryer 400 for 10 minutes
