Molly’s EASY Chicken Chili!

INGREDIENTS:

1 skinned Rotisserie chicken

4 oz light sour cream

1 can of corn – drained

16 oz low sodium chicken broth

2 cans hatch green chiles

Garlic, cumin, paprika, jalapeno salt

1/2 cup pepper jack cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and set to low for 1-2 hours.
