Megan’s Protein Cheesecake

If you like cheesecake, this is your dessert!

Take 32oz plain non fat Greek yogurt and slowly mix a 1oz package of sugar free cheesecake pudding. Add any fruit or Choco chips. Some pumpkin mixed in would be amazing for you pumpkin lovers.
(If you don’t like cheesecake I’m sure you can do this with any of the sugar free puddings)
