Lindsay’s Fast & Easy Chicken(or tuna) Noodle Casserole

 Ingredients:

– 4 cans of tuna or canned chicken breast

-1 large can of Cream of Mushroom soup ( I use low fat/ less sodium)

-3/4 cup Bread Crumbs

-1 cup Shredded Cheese

-2 bags of frozen zucchini noodles *I also like to chop up onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to add to it*

Directions:

Thaw the 2 bags of frozen zucchini noodles and then place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Pour mixture into large baking pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

*If you feel like the casserole is a bit watery then add some more bread crumbs. It’ll help absorb the water from the zucchini noodles.
