Lindsay’s Fast & Easy Chicken (or tuna) Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

4 cans of tuna or canned chicken breast

1 large can of Cream of Mushroom soup ( I use low fat/ less sodium)

3/4 cup Bread Crumbs

1 cup Shredded Cheese

2 bags of frozen zucchini noodles

*I also like to chop up onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to add to it*

DIRECTIONS:

Thaw the 2 bags of frozen zucchini noodles. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Pour mixture into large baking pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
*If you feel like the casserole is a bit watery then add a some more bread crumbs. It’ll help absorb the water from the zucchini noodles.
