High Protein Spicy Buffalo Dip

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, pureed

1 tbsp whipped cream cheese

Frank’s buffalo sauce

Sprinkling of blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Puree all ingredients and enjoy! Serve with some chips, some potato wedges, or even veggies to keep fats and carbs low!
