HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE OATS
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup silk protein milk
1/4 cup fat free fage yogurt
1 tbsp whipped cream cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash vanilla extract
Strawberry jam/jelly (I used Mrs Richardson’s strawberry
sauce)
1 graham cracker for topping
Sprinkling of powder sugar
Directions:
Cook the oats in a saucepan with the milk on medium heat
for a few minutes until cooked. Then add all other
ingredients!
