Ingredients:
1 8oz Box Banza Chickpea Rotini Pasta
1 envelope Italian Dressing Seasoning
1/2 cup Italian dressing (I used Olive Garden but you can use a lighter Italian dressing to cut more fat)
Any veggies you want… pictured cucumbers and green onions but the possibilities are endless.
Cook the pasta per box DO NOT overcook! Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking of the pasta
Mix in the Italian dressing envelope and the dressing and veggies.
Refrigerate to let the dressing absorb into the pasta.
