High Protein Creamy Egg Bites

Ingredients:
1.5c cottage cheese
8 eggs
Whatever veggies/meat you like (pre-sauteed)
Directions:
1. Blend the cottage cheese 1st, then add meat/veggies, then add eggs last for final blend
2. You can also throw some shredded cheese in if you want!
3. Use a mini muffin tin, put some water at the bottom of each cup, then put a silicone
muffin cup on top of the water & fill 3/4 of each cup with egg mixture.
4. Bake 350° for 20ish minutes.
They microwave BEAUTIFULLY. Recipe makes about 2 dozen.
