Ingredients:
⅓ cup mashed ripe avocado
1 tsp fresh garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, 1/8 cup grated parmesan, ¾ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons water
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth. This dressing is approved to have with your protein source at dinner, it will count as your fat source!
