Dana’s Chicken Noodle Soup

This makes a HUGE batch!!! You can freeze what ever is left over in smaller containers !

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups shredded chicken

96 oz bone broth (the bone broth has higher protein)

2 cups shredded carrots (I buy the pre shredded carrots)

4 celery stalks chopped finely

1 medium white onion

3 tsp minced garlic

1 bag (1lb) Amish egg noodles…almost all stores carry Amish egg noodles. They taste so much better than plain egg noodles and have higher protein.

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté the veggies then add the bone broth when boiling add egg noodles and reduce heat let it simmer until noodles cooked add chicken and any other seasoning you want

Macros for 1oz of soup 1.oz = 0.1f/2.7c/1.8p (bowl pictured is 15oz)
