Ladies this black bean salad is so easy to make and is so delicious! It can be used so many ways!
Open your cans, and rinse the black beans and the corn. Drain the Rotel and the green chili’s. Chop up your onion (I only used 1/2 a large white onion.) Use as much or as little cilantro as you like. Squeeze lime over it. Not pictured are 2 cloves of garlic, minced. Mix all together!
You can eat it plain or as a dip… my daughter puts it on her nachos and I added it to my taco salad which was yummy!! You could also warm some bone broth and make it a soup!! My hubby adds jalapeños to his when he eats it!
