This will be considered a protein, carb and a fat source if you add oil!
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
10 grape tomatoes, diced
1 baby cucumber, diced
3-4 oz of shrimp, sprinkled with garlic powder, s&p and sprayed with a little olive oil before cooking in oven (you could even buy pre-cooked shrimp to make it easier!)
Drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle of “Everything But the Bagel” seasoning!
