Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken (You could also use crockpot chicken but it tastes better using grilled!)
Red onion
1 oz Sugar free BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Ranch dressing
Rice (Any kind)
Jalapenos (Optional)
Directions:
- Grill your chicken using lemon pepper seasoning, seasoned salt, and low sodium soy sauce.
- Combine cooked chicken with rice, BBQ sauce, red onion, ranch dressing, and jalapenos!
