INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground beef, bison, or turkey
- 1-15 ounce can white/yellow corn
- 1-11 ounce can white corn
- 1 can mild Rotel
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
- Tomato paste (as needed)
- 1 yellow onion
- Garlic, Seasoned salt, Salt
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened dark chocolate(this is the secret ingredient!)
DIRECTIONS:
- Season beef with seasoned salt(lots.) Cook until brown.
- Cook diced onion with a few tbsp of fresh or minced garlic until softened(almost translucent.) I add a little bit of oil if needed, and salt!
- Add beef and onions to crockpot, along with all other ingredients.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3.
