Ingredients:
2 oz uncooked Lentil Pasta (like Banza)
6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 oz fat free cream cheese (or low fat)
1/2 tbsp ranch dip mix
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Cook pasta per instructions. While pasta is cooking, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Drain the water from the cooked pasta before adding it to the chicken mixture. Stir until fully incorporated. Top with shredded cheese and bake/microwave until the cheese is fully melted.
