This week on the CWC podcast I discuss the elephant in the room responsible for many people’s lack of motivation: COVID. We are not only living through something unprecedented and terrifying, we are still trying to thrive. We wonder where the motivation is, then jump straight to beating ourselves up. I have gained 12 lbs since COVID, started drinking again, am extremely unhappy with my body/myself, and can't seem to get into a groove of consistent motivation. This week we’ll talk about trying to interrupt the narrative in our heads telling us that we suck. COVID has put an insane amount of pressure on us all, specifically women, who usually have enough on their plates as it is. Hopefully this episode will at least make you feel better if, like me, you’re not firing on all cylinders these days.
