On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I get down and dirty talking about toxic relationships, the importance of setting boundaries, marriage ups and downs, breast implant illness, communication, and more. I hope that when I open up about my issues regarding relationships/communication that it helps you, even if it's just to feel seen. The hardest thing I ever did was look at how I was showing up in each of my relationships. You will have the life and relationships that you allow, and realizing this will empower you to make changes that bring you less stress and more happiness. Last but not least nobody deserves your time, energy, or space, those are earned.
