This week I discuss a client who has made amazing progress, but only lost about two pounds. She wasn't sure if she should quit or buckle down and "stop cheating,” and I’m going to tell you what I told her: Quitting does nothing. Going all-in does nothing. The only way to see results is to keep going at a pace that works for you. I’m familiar with this cycle; it was my life for 30 years. Both extremes made me miserable. It wasn't until I started CWC and actually began living what I was preaching (balance with your plan and being nice to your body during the process) that I started to finally live my life. Self acceptance is truly the first step, followed by implementing sustainable daily habits. The food, well, that’s the hard part. But once you remove the “good/bad” labels, you are on your way to food freedom.
