In this week's episode of the CWC podcast I have the pleasure of talking with New York Times best selling author John Romaniello for the second time, and this time we are talking about all things sex and shame. I grew up in the Baptist church hearing intense sermons about the sin of lust and it’s consequences. Even as a sexually active, married adult, I felt shame for my thoughts and actions and am still working to deprogram the messages I learned as a child. Discovering John on Instagram a few years ago, I was drawn to his openness around his sexuality, and his non-judgmental approach to discussing these “taboo” topics. He helps people break down feelings of shame surrounding sex in his infamous and anonymous Q&A's on IG. Today we discuss it all- from BDSM, to deprogramming shame, and the best emo bands/songs!
