In this week's episode of the CWC podcast we’re talking about marriage. I’ve always talked candidly breast implants, sex, women's health, family life, and farm life, so I figured it was time to get real about how amazing, and difficult, marriage can be. I grew up in a generation that valued a picture perfect home and family life, where everything looked great from the outside, even if it wasn’t so great on the inside. Society can be misleading about marriage. We are told that to be happy we should find a romantic partner who is also a best friend, someone we have amazing sexual chemistry with, and our perfect soulmate. That idea is exactly what sets most of us up for failure in the end. In this episode, I’ll talk about the ups and downs of my own 21-year marriage, and don’t worry, it won’t be sugarcoated.
