On this week's episode of the CWC podcast I am discussing how I got off the ride I’ve been on since I was in my twenties. I have been chasing freedom for as long as I can remember. I have been fighting to let go of old habits for the past year that no longer feel good or aligning. Tracking macros, counting protein, and weight lifting, which I used to love, have become stale because it’s in the pursuit of achieving a certain physical look. In this episode, I talk about easing off my rigid expectations of how my body should look. I am living the most freely I ever have and the feeling is euphoric. I am allowing myself to guide myself based on how I feel inside, and not what I "think I should be doing." Life is too short to hate your body.
