This week on the CWC podcast I have the pleasure of interviewing George Lopez, owner of Hardbody Gym. George is originally from the Bronx, New York, and moved to Oklahoma in 2007 to attend Spartan College of Aeronautics. His original passion was aircraft design, but when he moved to Oklahoma that quickly shifted to fitness after joining a local gym. After hosting workout groups and training friends, he knew he wanted to own his own gym. Fast forward to today, he has one of the most successful, welcoming gyms in town that reflects the diversity of our community. We talk business ownership, marriage, bodybuilding competitions, life, and the importance of believing in yourself while putting others first.
