In this week's episode of the CWC podcast, I share a video that I made for our Community girls on the topic of “bad foods.” I work with so many clients who have become terrified of food. I have spent years deconstructing “rules” that I believed for so long to be true, like eating a certain number of meals a day, or not eating past certain times, or only eating carbs with protein. Rules like these kept me locked in a cage for most of my adult life, and now I am teaching other women how to free themselves from similar cages. No foods are "good" or "bad," they are all just foods. Once you remove the scary labels, you free yourself to enjoy your life. Remember, you don't have to be miserable to make progress; diet culture just wants you to believe that so they can sell you another stupid fucking waist trimmer.
