I sat down with Sydney to get a younger perspective on female body image issues. She was so brave and vulnerable as she discussed her own struggles with food and body image. She also talked about the importance of her mom having a sustainable, realistic, and healthy outlook regarding food and how that has directly impacted her views and habits in her own life.
