In this week's episode of the CWC podcast, we are having a tough conversation about progress–or lack thereof. I have (for the most part) embraced my new figure and bought some new clothes, telling myself that I was fine with it. While that is true, I also would be stoked to get back into some of my regular clothes. Experiencing body frustrations while shoving a family-sized bag of Doritos in my dome, it became obvious that if I want change, I have to, you know, change. Not everything all at once, but some things to start. So I’m back in the gym, being more mindful about food, and not letting every second be "free for all." It took 24 hours to start feeling better, physically and mentally. I felt a sense of power and control again. It's time to challenge myself again.
