Ingredients:
1. Barre chicken nuggets from Costco air-fried until crispy – you can increase or decrease the amount of chicken based on your macros
*note if you don’t have a Costco membership you can use any chicken nugget air fried
2. 1/2 cup rice
3. 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
*if you don’t have room for regular rice then just use cauliflower rice
4. 1/4 cup G Hughes sweet chili sauce or your favorite Asian sauce like teriyaki or sweet and sour
5. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
Heat your rice and put it in the bowl first, then in a separate bowl coat your nuggets in sauce and then add to your rice. Add green onions and sesame seeds and soy sauce as you like!
