Ingredients:
1 8oz Banza Penne pasta made from chickpeas
1.2lbs 99% Fat Free ground Turkey breast
1 jar Organico Bello Tomato Basil pasta sauce
1 cup lactaid cottage cheese
1 cup 2% milk Mozzarella shredded cheese
1 large egg
4 yellow snacking peppers
Fresh parsley
Spices (I used Salt & Pepper, minced garlic, garlic and onion powder)
Instructions:
Cook ground Turkey & Pasta
Mix all ingredients into bowl (save 1 cup of pasta sauce & 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese)
Layer bottom of baking dish with 1 cup pasta sauce, then layer mix. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella on top and bake for 25 min at 350 degrees. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
