INGREDIENTS:
1 lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey or Beef
4 cups beef bone broth
1 jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 cups elbow pasta
Minced garlic to taste
1/2 large onion diced finely
Directions:
Cook the ground meat with onion and garlic and season meat how you like
once cooked add the sauce and bone broth and let it come to a low boil
add pasta and let pasta cook until al dente stirring regularly
pasta will absorb the liquids once pasta cooks add the cheddar cheese
